Obicet provides digital courses, guides, workbooks and educational content designed to help people create practical household systems and improve everyday home life.
The description, price and included materials for each product are shown on the relevant sales or checkout page at the time of purchase.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions and other information are accurate. Minor errors or differences that do not materially affect the product may occasionally occur.
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase from Obicet.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when purchasing or creating an account is complete and accurate.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the sales or checkout page.
Payment is processed by Stripe or another payment provider displayed at checkout. Obicet does not store your complete payment-card details.
You agree to pay the price shown before confirming your purchase. Any applicable taxes will be displayed or included as required.
After a successful purchase, you should receive an order confirmation, receipt and any necessary access instructions by email.
Digital products and courses are normally made available immediately after successful payment. In some cases, you may need to create a password or confirm your account before accessing the material.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking your spam or junk folder.

Your purchase is intended for use within one household. The purchaser may use the course and its materials together with their spouse, partner, children or other family members living in the same household.One course account and login are provided to the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for keeping the login details secure and for activity carried out through the account.The course login or purchased materials may not be shared with friends, extended family living in another household, colleagues, organisations or the general public. They may not be transferred, resold or made available online without written permission from Obicet.The access period and included materials are those described on the relevant sales or checkout page. Obicet may make reasonable updates to the content, structure or delivery when necessary to improve the product, maintain accuracy or keep the service operating.We will make reasonable efforts to maintain access but cannot guarantee that every platform or feature will remain unchanged indefinitely.
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase by emailing support@obicet.com.
Include the email address used for the purchase and the name of the product. You do not need to provide a reason, although feedback is welcome.
Approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method. Processing times may depend on Stripe, your bank or your card provider.

Unless otherwise stated, all Obicet content is owned by or licensed to Obicet. This includes courses, videos, text, guides, workbooks, graphics, downloads, frameworks, trademarks and other materials.
Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the material for your own household and personal purposes.

Obicet may suspend or terminate access when there is reasonable evidence of fraud, unlawful activity, serious misuse or material violation of these terms.
Obicet content is provided for general educational and informational purposes.
Results depend on personal circumstances and how the material is used. Obicet does not guarantee a particular personal, household or financial outcome.
The content is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions concerning your household and personal circumstances.
Obicet uses third-party services such as MailerLite, Systeme.io and Stripe to operate the website, deliver emails, process payments and provide course access.
We may also link to external websites. Obicet does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of independently operated third-party websites.
Your use of a third-party service may also be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policy.
We aim to keep our website, checkout and courses reasonably available. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, internet failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a technical issue prevents you from accessing a purchased product, contact support@obicet.com. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide another appropriate solution.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
To the extent permitted by law, Obicet is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the website or educational content.

We may update these Terms & Conditions when our products, services, platforms or legal obligations change.
The terms that applied when you made a purchase will continue to govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or is more favourable to you.

These terms are governed by Swedish law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, a Swedish consumer may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), through www.arn.se..
