MailerLite is used to manage subscribers and send emails.

If you subscribe to Obicet emails, we may use your name, email address, subscription history and interaction with our emails to provide relevant content.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each email. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending necessary transactional messages relating to a purchase or course account.

Purchases, payments and course access

Systeme.io is used to manage sales funnels, orders, customer accounts and course access.

Stripe processes payments. Stripe may collect information necessary to complete the payment, prevent fraud and meet its own legal obligations.

These service providers process personal information according to their own privacy policies and, where applicable, on our behalf.

Website analytics and advertising

We may use tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Meta technologies to understand website use and measure the effectiveness of our content and advertising.

These tools may collect information including your IP address, device, browser, approximate location and activity on the website.

Non-essential analytics and advertising technologies should only be activated where the required consent has been provided. You can change or withdraw your consent through the cookie settings available on the website.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device.

Obicet may use:

  • Essential cookies needed for the website, checkout and course platform to function
  • Preference cookies that remember selected settings
  • Analytics cookies that help us understand website use
  • Advertising cookies that help measure campaigns and show relevant advertising

You can manage cookies using the consent options presented on the website and through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect how parts of the website or checkout function.

Some service providers may process information outside Sweden or the European Economic Area.

Where required, such transfers are protected using an adequacy decision, approved standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism under applicable data-protection law.

How long we keep your information

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
